Year Lease  Kitchen: gas stove, microwave, table with 3 chairs, view of GG bridge and park  Living room: Stereo, couch, fax, plants, antique furniture. 2 windows with view of GG bridge and park.  Bathroom: Stereo, clawfoot tub and Euro-style shower (sit down with hand held shower no curtain)  Apt has wood floors and area rugs. Building is older 30's or 40's. Quiet, nice behind garden. Muni line N-Judah passes in front on the street..  Basement:Storage available for bike or boxes. Negotiable space for artist or other projects.  Available room: about 11x9 not large. Small closet. Has window that faces garden. Wood floors. Furniture available if you dont have any.  You: Responsible person, non smoker of any kind. NO drugs,no 420, cigars, nothing. Not even outside. I get sick from smoke. No animals.Full time job or full schedule of school.  Mature, no drama. Must pay bills on time and clean up after them self. I need someone I can trust since I am often gone. Must have cell phone. House phone is for emergencies, and internet only.  Me: Flight attendant. Often gone for days at a time. Sometimes I sleep 12 hours after a international flight. I dance flamenco, Argentine tango, and Cuban Salsa. I like to cook, and I clean up after myself. I eat everything and like to have an occasional dinner party. My sister lives in SF so I am often over at her house for dinner or with my niece playing at the park. I speak Spanish and French. I like to paint and make things.
