sf chalkboard & some notes on how to use the list (please don't reply to list address)

Hi everyone,

I know a lot of you are looking for housing, and there hasn't been as much on here lately. Sorry!

I recommend joining the sf chalkboard list, via riseup.net, for some more housing ideas. (A lot of them are co-ops with rad people.) 

Also, if YOU know of a housing opportunity, I highly recommend posting it here, to keep the list going, and keep the cycle going when you're not looking. Here's the email to send to the list: looking-f...@googlegroups.com

Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, PLEASE CHECK THE EMAIL ADDRESS IN REPLY FIELD! If you are replying to this list address only, it won't get to the person you are trying to reach. In order to see the email address of the senders, I believe you have to be subscribed to get "all emails" (not "digest" or "forum only"). I don't have time to look up the proper email addresses and re-send those emails that get sent to the list, but if you have questions about this, please do let me know.

Thanks and good luck looking for housing! I know it's pretty challenging these days, so I'd really love to keep this list as a resource for folks!
