Hi everyone,

I’m the current tenant at 25 Capra Way #205 in San Francisco’s Marina and am looking for a management-approved replacement tenant for the whole apartment.

It’s vacant and unfurnished: 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, approximately 822 sq ft, bay windows, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Pricing note: $7,795 is my current monthly rent, not a confirmed quote for the next tenant. Management is confirming the incoming rental rate and will handle screening and approval of a new lease. Start date and other lease terms are subject to management confirmation.
