We have a room available at The Village opening up on Oct 1st!

We’re a multigenerational community home of 13 adults and 3 kids, including parents, non-parents, and families of all kinds. We believe we weren’t meant to live, either as adults or as kids, in isolation, and we’re putting “it takes a village” into practice. Our house is a three-floor mini-village right in front of the beautiful Panhandle park with 14 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, along with 6 rooms used as private offices and various extra common spaces. We’re a place where people come together to share the joys of living together and watching the next generation grow up.

• medium-sized (130 sq ft)
• located on the middle of three floors, down the hall from our main common space
• gets a medium amount of light and a medium amount of noise (including some morning noise from 4yo twins who sleep in the room below this one)
• available Oct 1, with flexibility for earlier move-in

In addition to rent, each resident pays $500/mo in house dues, which cover all other community expenses, including all food, utilities, monthly cleaners, furniture, kitchenware, house projects, and so on.
