Small room for $815 including utilities. Available immediately. Sunny with windows on all sides, next to the living room, far from the kitchen. 8'6" x 10'8".
Your closet is just outside the room.
LARGE FRONT ROOM $1005 available July 11th. Large front room with beautiful bay windows and gorgeous ornamental fireplace. 11'7" x 15'9"
The apartment has one and a half bathrooms (one shower; two toilets). Shared spaces include the kitchen (electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster) & a sweet living room that gets nice light.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The apartment is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible; including two outside steps, there are thirty-three stairs up to the apartment. Re: allergies / asthma--the house, including your room, has carpet. Previous residents have had reactions to mold, but there has since been mold remediation treatment in the affected areas of the house. There are no cats.
No garage but street parking is available.
Housemates are often listening & dancing to music in the kitchen, & performing Pagan rituals, including sometimes at night. Please keep this in mind as a noise consideration if you’re a light sleeper.
