Hi there Jessy, Reece here. A room in my own apt is opening starting
January, and I'd like to put it on your listserve. 

This is a room in a 3 bedroom apt at 20th and Valencia, with shared
kitchen, living room and bathroom.  The two others, Jamie and myself
(Reece) are both guys in their 20s / early 30s. The room will come
furnished and also have a closet full and some drawers full of the
master tenant's stuff.  There is a desk and chair and futon bed.
There is a working wood fireplace! There is a balcony over Valencia!
Rent controlled 10 years!

Unfortunately I can't say how long the sublet will last, because it
will end when the master tenant comes back, which is TBA. It will last
minimum 1 month, and probably more. I work from home and like to hang
out in the living room during the days.  We like to have fun and
party, but due to neighbors we have to keep fairly quiet starting at
10 or 11, especially in the room you will be subletting.  Sound
travels through the floor very easily.  This is important because
previous tenants almost got us evicted, so now we're on thin ice. But
its really a sweet spot in need of a sweet person to come live a
while!
