My 2br/1ba apartment in NOPA will have a vacancy mid January 2024, and I am looking for a tidy friendly female roommate to fill the space (details below).
Location: NOPA (best neighborhood in SF)
Located on a quiet street off Divisadero ~2 blocks from both Alamo square park and the Panhandle, 1 block from tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores
10 min walk to/from several south bay office shuttle stops
15 min ebike ride to FiDi (near several lyft bike stations); 5 min walk to the 5 bus which also takes you directly to FiDi

Washer & dryer in unit
AC and heating
Dishwasher, microwave, oven, and gas stove
Located on second floor, 1 flight of stairs walk up
Shared outdoor space with communal grill

Bedroom space: ~ 11’ x 12’
Living room space: ~ 11 x 13’

Bedroom is completely unfurnished. Living room will be partially furnished (we will need to buy a couch and TV since my former roommate will be taking these things).
