Huge Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom in Beautiful 4 Bedroom House with Backyard/Garage - $1100. Available January 1st

The house: located where Mission borders Bernal Heights right by Precita Park, 10 minute walk from 24th St BART station and close to the 27 and 12 bus lines which lead you downtown and the 49 that can take you down Van Ness all the way to the Marina. It is a 4 bedroom house with a beautiful backyard, garage, washer/dryer, storage space, huge kitchen, living room w/ working fire place and a dining room where we often like to host dinner parties.

The room: Huge Master Bedroom with 2 enormous walk-in closets and private bathroom. Bathroom has 2 sinks, 2 cupboards, and great tub for soaking with shower as well. Lots of storage space under the counters. The bathroom and bedroom were obviously designed with a couple in mind and so we are open to a couple moving into this room as well as a single person. Rent is $1100 with an $800 security deposit.

The roommates are 2 very cool, laidback guys and 1 silly, artsy girl who love to hang out with the opportunity arises but are all very busy with their own careers and rarely hope at the same time. Pete works as a teacher in a group home for troubled adolescents, Bink does art installations at the MOMA and DeYoung, and Emma works in Event Marketing and is a student in school for Pscyholinguistics. Age range is late 20s-mid 30s. 420 and alcohol friendly household but definitely no beer bong/keg stand/amateur wet tee shirt nights going on here. We also have one dog, Django, who is a lab retriever/boxer mix but are open to the possibility of a cat (as the dog gets along with them fine) or another dog, if it seems like it will work out.

If you'd like more information or are interested in seeing pictures of the place the place, please email me at harpo...@gmail.com. Thanks for reading!
