Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack .NET/Angular Developer to join a full Agile/Scrum team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a secure external web portal. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies and modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design and implement the web portal.
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and responsive web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Integrate with backend services and databases to manage tax district data and municipal interactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and security standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Support deployment and post-launch maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building secure, scalable web portals and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on government or utility sector projects.
• Knowledge of Illinois municipal tax regulations or similar compliance-driven environments.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
