Job Description:
* Experience in design and development of large scale Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using Pega Systems' Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
* Well versed with Pega Work flows and Integrations.
* 7+ years’ experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander.
= > Architects, designs highly scalable and reliable architecture solutions and web-based applications,
Understands cross-platform architectures, Provides technical and business explanation and justification for the architectural, design, and coding approaches, Maintains currency, accuracy, and relevance of information, including reporting known errors or inconsistencies in the information
=> Develops software using industry standard programming techniques, Performs unit testing and debugging of application components,
=> Performs other technical duties, as needed,
=> Must have strong verbal and writing skills,
=> Ability to work independently with minimal direction,
=> Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment,
=> Ability to work concurrently with multiple teams (business and technical) in delivering consolidated solutions,
=> Must have strong analytical skills,

Lead System Arch Job Description:
• Expertise in PRPC concepts, various implementation methodologies, and
PRPC architecture and advanced topics
• Expertise in Application Profile, and creating specification documents
• Responsible for design, integration and development PRPC based application
and architecture.
• To provide technical expertise and ownership of technical solutions to Pega
team on client sites
• Expertise in the development, testing and implementation of broad-level
design dealing in Pega, smart BPM , Pega guardrails, Oracle and mentoring other
team member.
• Experience to conduct quality reviews and walk-throughs, perform unit
integration and system testing and otherwise contribute to the custom
development of key modules and will assist in coordinating with project
engineers and management to ensure delivery of the on-time unit tested code
written in accordance with the specified design and coding standards
• Should have hand on experience in almost all components development in PRPC
BPM tool
• Excellent Communication skills.
