Role Name: Tech Lead – Backend / ETL Testing
Work site: Irving Texas (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months
· Lead QA efforts with strong hands-on involvement in ETL and backend testing.
· Architect and implement scalable test frameworks for backend and data systems.
· Provide technical leadership in ETL validation, API testing, and database testing.
· Review and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
· Drive automation strategy and ensure high coverage through reusable frameworks. Tools (Selenium/Playwright).
· Mentor QA team members and enforce best practices in testing and automation.
· Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
· Collaborate with architecture, development, and data teams for solution design.
· Monitor test metrics, quality KPIs, and risk areas; provide leadership updates.
· Ensure end-to-end data validation across multiple systems and interfaces.
· Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
· Support release planning, test estimations, and delivery timelines.
· Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related technical decisions.
· Exposure the AI technologies and Tools.
