Responsibilities:
- Data Conversion: Assist with cleaning, mapping, and migration of legacy
payroll and time-off data into Workday while ensuring data integrity.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios, facilitate
User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and execute unit testing prior to go-live.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with core HCM, Finance, and HR
teams to guarantee payroll, time, and absence data flow correctly.Requirements
& Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of US or Global payroll operations, tax
compliance, leave policies, and timekeeping regulations.
- Workday Certifications: Active Workday Certifications in Payroll, Absence
Management, and/or Time Tracking.
- Experience: Typically requires 3-5+ years of hands-on configuration and
end-to-end deployment experience with Workday PATT.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to write reports, calculate retroactive
adjustments, and handle complex tax and payroll calculations.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to advise
executives on Workday best practices and change management.
