Hi everyone,

I'm working in Looker Studio Pro and have a question about report replication for multiple clients.

I'm planning to set up our LookML project with a shared core of Explores (using extends or include) that are then referenced by individual client-specific models. Each client model will connect to a different database (though the schema of these databases is largely consistent).

My main question is this:

If I create a report (a "Look" or a dashboard element) directly from one of these shared Explores in the Looker Studio Pro UI, will that same saved report (including any in-Explore calculated fields) reliably work and display the correct data when viewed through different client models?

Essentially, I want to create a report once and have it dynamically pull data from the respective client's database based on which model is active.

Has anyone implemented this in practice within Looker Studio Pro? If so, can you confirm if this approach works as expected for you? Any tips or potential pitfalls to watch out for would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your insights!
