Is the Publish Visualization option in Community Visualization valid?  and how long does the review take?

I've created a visualization and see the option to publish it under Community Visualization. I’d like to confirm if this option is valid and if I can submit it for review. Also, how long does the review process typically take? I’ve noticed there aren’t many visualizations on the platform—does this affect the review timeline?
