im locked out of my instance. password reset email is recieved.
i set a new password and it still refuses to let me in.
its bad when administrator account gets locked.

You may need to reset your database. e.g. migrate down and back up.
If you try to use the password reset functions and your mailgun outbound email settings aren't in place, you won't receive the proper notifications and links.
