Subject: Meeting place

Hi everyone,

As you know from previous posts, the Hidden Treasure2, our meeting place has closed. They are searching for another site to re-open as Creative Treasures. They were in contact with a venue, but that  fell through because of a pending sale of the building. It may be a while before they are up and running again. We are hoping for the best and that they find another venue soon.

Meanwhile, we need a temporary place to meet. I have looked at places in Longmont and have not found any that don’t require a fee. We could possibly go back to the Lutheran Church, where we met before covid. They require a donation to meet there. We do have money in the treasury if this is what you members would like to do.

We have not been collecting dues in the last few years because we were not paying for a meeting place.

Let me know if there are other options for temporary meeting places that you are aware of.

Let me know if you just want to wait for the re-opening to meet again.

What would everyone want to do to continue to have an in person meeting of our guild.

Awaiting your input for the guild’s future.

Bette

I would like to continue meeting, as I truly look forward to our Sundays together.  Given that the Mile High Guild is apparently never going to resume in-person meetings, this is especially true.

I am OK with the church, and don't mind paying dues toward that, so my 1st choice at this time is to go back to the church.
I would like to see more folks participate to the meetings regularly, to justify paying for a meeting place.

Purrs,
Tammi

Although I seldom get to attend the meetings, I would be happy to pay dues to continue having a meeting place.

Hugs,
Karen

I am willing to pay dues, as well.  Also, is there an available firestation in Longmont?
Im sorry I haven't attended recently.  It just seems family things happen on the first Sunday.
