Meeting Aug 7 LPCG

Hi everyone,

A couple of members have signed up for the Brabara McGuire MokuGane class on Aug 7 so will not be able to attend our meeting. It's a great opportunity but we will miss you here.

For the rest of us

We will mess around with foil, colored clay ( Skinner blends or Alcohol inks on white clay). We will apply foil using a stencil to make a pattern on the clay.

You will need a roller, clay, stencils, foil, alc. ink (if using) and cutters.

Have You Tried Guilding Metal Leaf Onto Polymer Clay Using Stencils? Liquid clay can be used as a replacement for the pebeo paint. Just give it another bake if you choose to apply it.Cutter: https://jessamadesign.etsy.com/list... www.youtube.com

Hi,

Yes, the meeting is still on. The Lyons fire is partially contained, and all the major roads are open.

The fire was about 10 miles away and not coming in our direction, so we are just a little smokey and hot. There will be no problem with me getting to the meeting.

I hope everyone else is doing well and able to make the meeting. I'll see you Sunday!
