In case of the PC version, changing resolution is not an option at the moment, because Diablo Immortal is automatically set to 1080p. My iPad 9th gen also crashes constantly. Multiple attempts at repairing client and clean reinstalls appear to have no effect. Blizzard is pointing at Apple and vice versa. This is ridiculous. Apple should either work with Blizzard to rectify this very common issue or remove the app from the App Store if neither is willing to support it.

The tablet can even mod the resolution to achieve wide screen like phone. But the mod is on device so tablet will have black area top bottom like some movies. Since my tablet is for gaming is ok. Non root. Just Dev mode with PC-USB connection running PowerShell script.
