Somebody does not let me work.
It seems like he, she or them has hacked my modem.
I would like that the ONLY IP valid address would be 186.14.32.1 but it does not let me to put it in your defender.

Recently I installed netcut defender, ever since then my wifi speed drops to 20-30 Kb/s when netcut is closed but again shoots up to 150 Kb/s(max) as soon as it isenabled. Uninstalling netcut defender and winpcap has no effect. Is there any way I can remove netcut defender and regain my original speed ?
hey Amishcake answering your question no not at all i work in this institute and this friend of mine tends to use netcut from time to time i mean i know i can delete the program from his pc or just shotdown the pc it self but i find it challenging and wanted to find an app on iphone that can stop netcut or anyother program that can access IP adresses and stop them from working ??? if u knw of any help out man SOS lol !!!???
And what if it's illegally ? i have my own wifi with my brothers and i want to troll them , why many chains in iPhones ? i want to be FREE , i'm new to iPhone converted from android , i believe android is a peace of **** because of lags and bugs , i find iOS not bad but has many issues , in android i who control the phone but in iOS the phone who controls me , i wish one day there's be a new OS merged between iOS and android so that gives me the freedom of android and the light and basics from iOS , or apple try to give their users some freedom to use and edit their phones , smartphones invented to make things easy.

It is obvious by your posts that you do not understand the way and why Apple does what it does with iOS In terms of security. Go and do a Google search in order to educate yourself as to why Apple "controls" your phone. It is not our job here to argue the merits of one system over another.
