[Longleaf Bicycle Grove] Follow-up on IGH cabling

Hey all. I just wanted to follow-up on my previous post from a few
months ago regarding my shifter cable woes with the Nexus 8 on my
Kogswell P/R. On my most recent S24O (http://www.flickr.com/photos/
flickr_lee/sets/72157623816589983/), I had tons of trouble with the
indexing calibration. So, I took some of the advice from the prior
thread and re-did my cabling: http://www.flickr.com/photos/flickr_lee/sets/72157623855844313/.

We'll see how this works.
