Issue 38: inform user of successful startup
http://code.google.com/p/longhouse/issues/detail?id=38

New issue report by Venom087:
Right now, after successfully launching Longhouse, the console looks
something like this:

2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] loading users...

2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] loaded versioned project: myproject2
2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] not loading duplicate project: myproject2
2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] loaded 1 projects
2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] checking if ?? is working copy
2008-05-21 11:02:14-0700 [-] checking if ?? is working copy

This leaves some people wondering if Longhouse actually started up
properly, or if they need to keep waiting. There should be some final
message that makes it obvious it's ready to start serving pages.
