This month’s theme is HIGHER EDUCATION!
To help you practice for your SAT tests and for your high school exit
exam, the district planned state testing just for us, this week!!
Do your best.
Practice your test taking skills.
Stay focused.
Check your work. Breathe.
Right now you should be in the room where you will be testing today.
During testing students should be monitored by an adult when they are
going to the restroom.
Also, if you are outside-- and students are still testing, you MUST be
quiet and stay away from the windows.
7th & 8th graders will sign up for your incentive activities tomorrow
(Wednesday)
6th graders will sign up for your incentive activities during 6th
period on Thursday.
Activities include STAR testing party outside, and movie and
activities in the library, computer games, and sports on the yard.
Only 2 spots left for Raging Waters.
If you want to sign up, act right and see Mr. Hinckly after school
today.
LUNCH”
Today’s lunch is chili or pulled pork or veggie burgers. Eat a
healthy lunch after you were so focused on your test this morning.
YOSEMITE:
Yosemite participants: Get ready! We're almost there. Plan to meet
in the theater right after school on Thursday to learn about your
hiking groups, last minute details and to get psyched up for the
trip! Ask your English teacher to tell you about our special activity
planned for the last night of the trip. See Ms. Patterson if you need
a new packing list or if you misplaced the paper with all the train
information. Be sure you are present for all CST days, or you will
not be allowed to go on the trip. Go Yosemite Tigers!
The boys' baseball team will practice today from 3:30 – 5 PM, even if
you do not have your things. You also have a make up game against King
on Wednesday at 4 pm.
All softball uniforms are due in by this Wednesday to avoid detention.
