Greeting everyone,   Hope you are all doing well these days!   If any of you have been experiencing problems downloading IncrediMail Letters at our website, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we have Bill Gates to thank for this!   After several days on the phone with my hosting company, we were finally able to determine that Internet Explorer is the problem. As of September 2015, it turns out that Internet Explorer no longer works, as a browser, for downloading IncrediMail Letters on our website. You'll need to switch over to Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for your browser.   Also, clean out all your temporary internet files, reboot your computer.
