Greetings everyone,   I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and I'd like to wish a very Happy New Year to all of you!   As you all know my main design computer died in December. I had ordered a new computer & it arrived the day before Christmas. Believe it or not the cooling system was defective & I had to send it back. Needless to say this was quite aggrevating and I am trying to get some satisfaction from Dell regarding this issue, which hasn't been easy by any means. I still need to order a new computer & until I can get something worked out with Dell... that will be put on hold and I may not have a new computer till late January/ early February. Talk about frustrating!   So, I have been working trying to get my backup computer ready & able to get some work done & I should have some new IncrediMail letters ready for all of you some time this month and also be able to resume the Weekly Sales.   I won't bore you all with any more details, just suffice it to say that I am working as quickly as possible to get all this resolved & hopefully, with a little luck, all will get back to normal as soon as humanly possible.   Some of you had emailed me in December & may not have received an answer. I had lost some of those emails and so you may never get an answer.
