Greetings everyone,

Hope this email finds you all well & happy today!

I want to start off by briefly updating you on my horrific situation with Dell computers. I am doing this because being forewarned is being forearmed. I suggest that all of you think long & hard before doing business with this company. It is now January 23rd and I still don't have my money back from a defective computer that I ordered on December 2, 2013, returned to Dell and was received on January 2, 2014... and that was 21 days ago. They have been giving me nothing but the runaround and yesterday I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to speak to someone in charge, to no avail. Even worse, the one "return specialist" person I finally spoke to, told me I wouldn't have my money back for another 31 days!! Can you believe that? Needless to say I was fuming, frustrated and downright disgusted.... my patience having been stretched beyond it's limits.

I am still working with my backup computer (which has limited resources) and at this point who knows when I'll be able to purchase another computer. I certainly can't buy another one until my money is refunded... $2,287.00. So my friends, I hope you will remember this if you ever decide to do business with them and please pass this along to those you know so that they don't get ripped off as well.

Because it is taking me about twice as long to make every creation on this backup computer, the weekly sales will now be every 2 weeks for the foreseeable future. Sorry for that folks, as I know a lot of you enjoy those sale sets and order them just about every week.

Ok, enough of that and onto more positive things!

All you need to do is send a message with your order or email your changes to webm...@longbraid.com.

You can also change the salutation into your own language such as Dutch, German, Swedish or whatever you choose. However, you will have to send us the exact spelling, including "special characters", as we only speak English and have no way of knowing whether you make a typo or spelling mistake. We'll confirm your order via email before working on it.
