Registration to campout and waivers

Hey everyone,

Here are the registration and waiver links for fall campout Oct 10-12th. 
We will be in cabins 1-6 and joining the Oakwood tribes who have cabins 7-20. 

This Sunday after bowling, we will be going over campout plans. 

PLEASE… tell your tribes and communicate with them about the upcoming events. 

If we plan to grow our numbers each year, we need a lot of communication! Thanks Fellas!!

Hey fellas,

Less than a week away for Campout! I'm looking forward to a great weekend. A couple of reminders, 

Make sure EVERYONE completes the registration as soon as possible. I will be getting a roster mid week. Let everyone know to not sign waivers until they pay. We are billed for the number of waivers we fill out. Please make sure everyone has the links. 

I also need a head count for Pony/trail rides. I let Kern know we were interested in both this year. If we can get an email out in the next couple of days, that would help. Let me know if you have any questions.

I sent the Tetons email.  Hopefully we get some more signups after this and don’t have to harass people at Campout.

Two things I also wanted to mention turn.

1.) we will be doing a 50/50 raffle. Make sure to bring cash for this.  Let your tribes know ahead of time please. 

2.) oakwood guides will also be at Kern. We will have our normal cabins 1-7. Oakwood will have the rest. Please be mindful as they are Co-ed. They have around 110 total. 

I am talking to the chief in order to make sure we do not over lap.

The weather is looking great for this weekend! Should be a great time! 

One thing I am still working on is trail/pony rides. On the registration, you are able to select if you want to add a trail ride. It does not have an option for Pony rides however. Can you all let me know if or how many people are interested in trail/Pony and if so, did they already register on the site? 

Sign ins will be at cabins 1 like last campout with myself and the Tetons.

Please make sure everyone who registered and paid, also signed the waiver. 

We get charged from kern on the people who register.

• $1 per ticket
• $5 for 6 tickets
• $10 for 15 tickets
