Hey Guys,

I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone that helped make Fall campout happen.  I wanted to give a quick financial summary and also discuss sending out a survey, I included Blair in the email because he and I had some discussion about this at camp.

The total income from camp was as follows:

The zip line is definitely something we need to figure out going forward, it is poorly attended and we don't charge enough.  The rate has also increased from $150 an hour to $200 an hour.

Here are my thoughts on survey questions, I'm open to other suggestions.

1. Would you be more likely to attend the zip line / swing if the event time were moved to Saturday Morning? (scale of 1 to 10)

2. Should we continue to have campouts with themed events (Yes or no)

3. Is there interest in alternating between the swing and zipline for spring and fall campouts? (yes or no)

4. Other comments / concerns / feedback / recommendations regarding the program. (long form written response)

Ben, we probably need to get a November longhouse meeting scheduled, can you take care of that?  My barn is still open, although it might start to get cold.  There is Mcintosh's Pub in downtown Bellbrook, or we can change it up and go somewhere closer to your neighborhood.

Next longhouse meeting agenda:

1. Quick financial update

2. Assigning December, January and February events.

3. Discussion of Spring Camp themes and responsibilities.

4. Any other concerns or questions I might have missed.

Thanks again, sorry for the long winded email.

Thanks Chris, definite team effort.

I think we are shooting for the second Wednesday in November.  If no one objects, I say we keep it at the famous for our indoor meetings.

The invite should come out soon.

Matt,

Great campout. I think having a theme mixed it up from the traditional sort of free for all we've had in the past.

Keeping everyone involved and engaged for sure.

Survey money is good.  It will give great insight for future camps.

I think if you explain to campers, to keep cost down for zip line, we need larger numbers of participants or it will go up in price or go away altogether.  I think people will understand.  I had no clue about that info and this is like my 10th camp.
