Meeting Notes from tonight

This camp will be a discovery of Kern. Aaron will create a Key/Map and dads will mark it with each discovery. These will be turned in for patches. Hopeful Chris will help with pinpointing locations on a map.

Patches have been ordered 

There will be a 50/50 raffle and a gift basket raffle (Bourbon, BB Gun, Nova gift certificate). Tickets will be sold Friday at check in and Friday night. Winners will be announced at nation games. 

We will contact Kern for the Fall campout date.

Attached to this email is the vest order form. She can sew patches and make vests for anyone. Her email is on the form and she gets back with you asap.

This is the waiver link. Kern is asking that everyone sign this at least 2 weeks in advance. 

We are looking at different season closer events and recruitment events in the early Fall.
