I know this email chain is probably not the right place for this, but I do not have Chris's email so please forgive me.  

Chris,

I believe last campout you were still in charge?  My account is currently on hold because they claim I did not pay for horseback riding.  This is probably because I paid with cash.  This issue came up before, but I believed it was resolved.  However, it looks like they did not undo the hold.  Do you know who I can contact to fix this or how to fix this?
