I googled and found the following; "A shadow docket refers to the U.S. Supreme Court's practice of issuing emergency orders and decisions without the full briefing, oral arguments, and lengthy written opinions of its regular docket. These decisions often lack detailed legal reasoning, which can lead to confusion and make it difficult for lower courts to use as precedent. While traditionally used sparingly for urgent, time-sensitive situations, critics note its recent increased use for substantive rulings." END quote.

My conclusion, another horrific blow to government of the people, by the people, for the people use byd the megalomaniac in the White House supported hy special interests.....  Vision and courage are NEEDED, but...... John
