More on my western geo-political worries these days …
I realize that the US-Israeli War with Iran is subject to much coverage and it is very hard to know
who to give ‘the benefit of the doubt’ to amidst all the opinions and interpretations put forth.

that is to a ‘left of center’ perspective (a perspective I have found to be more right than wrong so far ... and one only has to view the first 10 minutes or so to get the gist of the extremely concerning argument). I think and believe it is quite timely for Canadians for two reasons –
1) 1) The US-Israel forces are in very serious trouble and they know it; they are very likely to lose this War and will likely have to back out and away shamefully ….
… Unless …
2) 2) They are very likely to draw on military resources from so-called (NATO) allies in Europe (Britain, Germany, France) and abroad like Canada. Apart from the real risks this poses for a Third World War involving China and Russia, I’m very worried our government under Carney could very well be drawn unwittingly into this in ways they have just recently said they would not be. (This is the real test of Carney as an independent political leader which I have increasing doubts about … I’m sorry to say.)
This means that we as citizens need to be very clear and unequivocal that Canada will not become involved in this outrageous act of US-Israeli Imperialism even if it means the strategic defeat of both the US and Israel.
This could very well become a moment of decision for many many people all around the world, and especially here at home in Canada ... a decision to stay out of this; and then to actively encourage US citizens to get rid of this Trump regime and this unconditional US support for this Israeli Zionist regime.
Initially it seems this simple to me … though later there will be much more complex issues to work out with many others …..
