Loneliness may be making me sick.

I am seeing articles that say that being alone without family, friends
or a support system of some type, can affect your immune system. It
can actually make you get sick, get sick more often, or stay sick
longer.

I'm wondering if my chronic sinus infections and bronchitis are due to
this effect. That's not good, people don't like being around someone
who coughs and blows their nose all the time. Just one more symptom of
loneliness I guess.
