Welcome to the Lonely Hearts Android test group ❤️

Thanks for helping test the Lonely Hearts app.

Lonely Hearts is a modern take on the old newspaper “lonely hearts” ads. A place where people can post simple personal ads to find friends, relationships, travel partners, or just someone to talk to.

To join the Android test:

1. Join this Google group

2. Open the tester link:
   https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.lonelyhearts

3. Install the app from Google Play

Direct Play Store page:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.lonelyhearts

Google requires at least 12 testers for 14 days before an app can be publicly released.
If you install the app and keep it installed during that time, you’ll help make the launch possible.

If you notice bugs or have suggestions, feel free to post them in this group.

Hello fellow app developers,

We’re in the final week of the Google Play closed test for LonelyHearts. I am sure you are as well.

If you happen to have 2-3 minutes at some point this week, I’d really appreciate it if you could open the app again and try it a little. For example, you could browse the feed, try search or filters, or open an ad.
If anything feels buggy, confusing, or off, I’d be very grateful if you could let me know.

I’ll also make time to manually test all of the apps shared in this group over the coming week.
From what I understand, Google may look for genuine tester activity during closed testing, so any help would mean a lot.

Hi,

This app has now been approved for production on Google Play, and that would not have been possible without your help.

I really appreciate the time you took to install the app, test it, and share feedback.

If you ever need testers for your own app again, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to return the favor.

Of course will continue to test your apps as long as it takes, until you get your apps to production, Good luck!

I applied for a production review and was wondering how long it usually takes.

Google asked me to reapply again for closed test, testers weren't testing the app enough that's sad

I applied Wednesday at 21:30. This morning (Friday) it was approved.

So it was rather fast, I expected to wait much longer.

Sorry to hear that!

I read on Reddit that we need to continue make updates on the app during the test period, seems like many people get rejected due to inactivity.

I deployed ~10 small updates during the test period on 3 occasions.

Let me know if you need testers, Just send me send email!

So by making updates it helps? Thank you for your suggestion, definitely i will ask you to test, but i believe i will do like you said, some updates
