Ideas for remote interactive kanban and scrum games

Hi,

I need ideas to make teaching scrum and kanban remotely. I usually do a version with lego for scrum and a version of the pizza kanban game. I have converted the pizza game to a remote version but its not great. Any ideas?

In my online classes, 59 minutes scrum works every time.

For Kanban, you can try the coin flipping game or the Factory Game (brewery).

The “take the win win wave”game makes an great introduction to Kanban too.

It all depends on what the expected achievements are.
