Well this is the last email of my mission. Time really has gone by way too fast. London has my heart and it is really hard for me to think I will be leaving this big city to go back to life in Parker. This has become normal. The tube, thousands of people constantly around me,
music in Covent Garden, street art on Brick Lane, Oxford Circus shopping, china town in Leicester Square, street performers in Piccadilly Circus, my pal Big Ben, The Eye, cheap chicken in London North, walking down exhibition road past the Victoria and Albert Museum and both the science and natural history museum to get to the
Hyde park chapel, taking runs through Hyde park in the morning, and most importantly all the wonderful people I have come to love and serve. The are all etched on my heart with ink that will never fade.
I have learned so much. I have felt the presence of my saviour stand with me through the the travails and triumphs. When beer was poured over me by a drunk man. When being yelled at in public for believing in Christ. But as well seeing Jaqueline come to the lesson with a glow
telling us she is ready to be baptised. When Moses was reading the Book of Mormon in Braille.
The primary song, "If the Saviour stood beside me" has been a constant song I enjoy to sing. But there is no "If".
This last week there has been many goodbyes which are rally sad for me. Saying goodbye to all the missionaries I have grown to love and to all the members I have become so close with. Family, when we come to London we have places to stay. It has been offered all across England
and has been reiterated to me this week. There are some really great people here.
This week I went golfing for the first time in 2 years. We went to a driving range. I was on an exchange with a ZL in St. Albans and their recent convert lets us hit a few balls then we teach him and the peace that comes at a golf course. I loved it!
And so Brian, if you are reading this... Haha
We also pushed a man whose scooter battery ran out all the way up this massive cobble stone road and then to his home. He is unable to walk so he was quite thankful 2 missionaries showed up.
For P day we went all over London and took some cool pictures after we went to teach Luc,s family and they made the most amazing Spanish dish I have ever eaten. I took a picture so you could see!
Tonight the Piano Guys are performing at the Hyde Park chapel so we will be going to that and then Jeff is getting baptised! So cool. Today will be a
great day!
Well I will see most of you later this week! Talk to you then!
