Good Afternoon,

We're delighted to invite you to the launch of Challenge Works' third Longitude Prize – the Longitude Prize on ALS – at London Museum Spaces (150 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5HN), on Wednesday 25th June from 3.30pm - 7pm

The £7m, five-year challenge prize aims to transform drug discovery through the use of AI-based approaches powered by access to the largest ALS datasets in the world. The Prize is principally funded by the MND Association and designed and delivered by Challenge Works, with additional funding from UK charities Nesta, the Alan Davidson Foundation, and the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, with other funding partners in the US and Australia (The 10,000 Brains Project, Answer ALS, the Packard Center at John Hopkins, Fight MND), and a host of international data and support partners.

This exclusive event will bring together leaders from the fields of ALS research, AI, computational biology and the biotech and pharma industries, and the exciting agenda includes talks from key figures in the world of health and science, including Lord Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal and Chair of the Longitude Prize Committee, and journalist and philanthropist Lucy Hawking, amongst others. The full agenda and speaker details will follow.

We hope you can join us to celebrate this exciting milestone. Please register via Eventbrite to secure your spot.

Warmly,

The Longitude Prize on ALS Team
