472 Courses to be removed on June 30th

Perhaps more relevant, although not so topical.

Coursera are removing 472 of their courses. Perhaps becuase they're upgrading the system, or they need to make it a self funding business.

However apparently you can download the content:

At about a Gig a course I think.

The course look to have been removed.

I stayed up till three using the coursera-dl python script to download all the content, I must have got about 60Gb, I tried my luck yesterday evening but it wasn't working.

The script whilst good is a bit of a hack, it seems I needed to reboot my computer every three hours since the network connection stopped working.

This of course facilitates me to continue procrastinating about finishing any of these courses.
