2 Scala Software Engineer roles at Sainsbury's

I am looking for 2 people to come and join my team at Sainsbury's Tech. The roles are for Scala Software Engineers. One is for an experienced software engineer who is familiar with Scala and Functional Programming and the other is for a more junior role where we are happy to welcome someone who has experience in another language and microservice based architecture and is excited to learn Scala and FP.

My team are building well designed and interesting systems. We recently reviewed what we really care about as a team and agreed that building technically excellent software that delivers real value in a team strongly focused on being a learning environment is out top priority.

Normally we work in our central London office (in Holborn) however, like many others, we are all working remotely right now. We expect that we will return to some form of onsite work later in the year so these roles are only suited to those who have the right to work in the UK and are happy to work in central London.
