Here at The National Archives based in West London we are urgently
looking for 3 new Contractors to form a new dedicated team within our
project to deliver specific components of the architecture in a rapid
and Agile way:

We are recruiting for:
* 1 x Technical Lead
* 2 x Software Developers

The roles will involve both Scala 2.9 and Java 1.6 development.
Projects will involve:

* Building a Web Management system for tracking batch processing
operations across the entire infrastructure (Play Framework is
envisaged).

* Building two small batch processing systems distributed across
servers (Hadoop or other?).

* Building a Validation tool, which can validate text files against an
external grammar (Scala Parser Combinators).

We are looking for developers with existing knowledge in ‘most’ of the
above mentioned areas and a Technical Lead who himself is an excellent
developer as well as a strong lead.

We are trying to do this very quickly, so you will need to contact us
by Tuesday 18th December in the first instance.

For more information (Individuals only, no agencies please!), contact either:

Thanks
