The role is paying up to £110,000 per annum with a 5% bonus. Even though they are a global company with offices in London and the US, they are a start-up mindset and are still quite small. Based in Central London. Technology Stack they currently use: Scala, Akka, C#, JavaScript Libraries, Ruby, Mongo, Heroku, Postgres, AWS and SaaS.
• Technical Architect for a vibrant energy company that uses machine learning and data analytics to analyse the energy behaviour and forecast for their customers. Paying anything over £90,000 per annum with a 10% bonus and benefits. They are a small team based in the heart of the West End of London. Technology Stack they currently use: Scala, Akka, Cats, Shapeless and AWS Technologies (EC2, Docker, Cassandra and Tensorflow)
• Principal Software Engineer for an innovative energy company who has disrupted and changed the industry. They are the first company to let their customers see their electricity and gas usage in real time through a number of apps. The role is paying anything over £90,000 per annum with a bonus scheme between 10-50% bonus and benefits. Technology Stack they currently use: Scala, Clojure, Shapless, Functional Concepts, CI/CD, REST, Kafka, Spark and Front End Technologies.
