OK, firstly I make no apologies for the widespread email!
This year I will be running in the Bupa Great North Run, which is 13.1 miles long.
I am running in aid of Tommy's, a charity who research into stillbirth, premature birth and miscarriage, in the hope we can deliver more healthy babies and reduce the sadly high number that don't quite make it.
This charity is close to me and my family, so please donate whatever you can, even just a small amount will help me to get to my target.
