One thing we don't make clear enough is that the membership fees are
not just money, but also the time we spend maintaining the facilities.

If we get the Cremer Street deposit back, we'll get £7000.

£7000 is one months rent on the new space, or 3.5 new lasercutters, or
12 makerbots, or
3 new lathes, or XX {insert desired tool here}.

We've got 4 days before we have to give the keys back.

If you are a new member, then now is the time when you can directly
contribute to the hackspace in a simple and substantial way.
