I'm compiling  an order list to get in components for this weekend.

We need to make a final (ish) choice of how many handsets and how many per base station. From an electronics point of view I have little preference. Its more a issue of how many users would be sat in reach of each controller.

One thing to think about is that it would be good to order a minimum or 10 rf modules to get them for £3 a pop.

It would be good to get this sorted before close tomorrow to get the orders in and arrived for the weekend. We can have wiggle room afterwards tho.

Hi,

What is your personal preference?

With 10 RF modules and 4 handsets per hub we can serve 40 pupils
depending on the arrangement of the classroom. Alternatively 2
handsets per hub will serve 20.

I think either will prove that we have made something useful, if we
tried to cater for all situations straight away we may find that we
run out of money or get ourselves tied up in knots.

If 10 units gets us a price break then I suggest you go for it.

I'll try and price up some buttons so we can order them at the same time.

We will also need a module in the teachers device, so thats one less hub.

I guess if we get 10 modules and decide that we need to make less it just means we have a couple of spare modules for dev.

Sounds like a good plan.
