European LLM tech stack?

I'd like to subscribe to LLM services built on European tech.

Two use cases:

1. something like Claude Code/Cowork.

2. something like thelongcontext.com, but multimodal.

In both cases, I don't want to run on US cloud services. In the first case, it would be nice if there was a European equivalent to Claude Code/Cowork, but I'm willing to use Claude if not.

I don't want to build and host my own stack.
