The best fix is probably to replace the front film (if possible) as Colin suggests. I was just warning that the obvious method is likely to make things worse.
However if you can't replace it you might try to make the scuff in the scratch less obvious. Try putting alcohol or water on it - this may reduce the impact for a short while until it dries off. If it helps, you could try something a bit more permanent. Some sort of wax perhaps which will fill the scratch but not the matt surface. If too much is applied it can probably be removed with alcohol. So you might try rubbing the scratch with a neutral coloured wax than cleaning most of it away with IPA.
That's got at least as good a chance of failing as working. You might be better off just living with it.
