Dear Members,
We regret to inform you that we have issued Michael Trew with a second formal warning for grinding metal in the wood workshop, posing a serious fire risk, despite already having caused a fire in the workshops a few months back. The Trustees take fire risks very seriously and people who continue to ignore basic common sense and safety procedures will not be permitted to operate at the hackspace.
This 2nd formal warning is in accordance with our grievance procedure:
