How to refill the hand soap dispensers?

The soap dispenser in the renovated toilet is empty. It seems to require a special tool or key to open. Where is that tool or who can do it?

The only tool required is your hand: press firmly down on the top of
the dispenser and pull towards you.

Thanks, that worked!

BTW, perhaps now is the time to reorder a new container of "pink pearlise handsoap, re-order code PHS 009209", it's down to about 20%, perhaps enough for 2 refills, and if the next person that refills the dispensers doesn't mention it being out (I filled both dispensers) then there will be a shortage.

Turns out that's me again :). And yes, it's empty now, and I could only refill the dispensers to about 1/3, so they'll be empty again in about a week if I get that right.
