Gear for donation. Cleaning out my studio.

Hi all,

I've got some gear for donation.
Great if the Hackspace can use it. Otherwise free to a good home.

PEG 6 , 6 port 1gb ethernet card. (Turn that old PC into a NAS.)

2 x Myricom PCI cards with SFP fibre transceivers. Plus some fibre cable. (do 10gb networking between 2 computers)


Panasonic 4 way cordless phone system missing one power adapter.
Loads of Cat6 0.5 m patch cables.
A bunch of Penn-Elcom blank rack panels. Unused.
2 x Heavy duty 19" rack shelves. Unused.
Various lengths of CX4 cabling.
Couple of 24 port 1GB ethernet switches.

Is it possible for me to drop it off on Friday and people to womble it on site?
I don't want to clutter up your space but last time I did this , there was some enthusiasm for the goodies.

There's a small box of stuff. Like 30cm x 30cm x 50cm Can I just drop it in with your name on it Yvan or Jaanus?

Hi Paul,

Should be clearer, it's just two 1u high shelves to fit in rack cabinets.

I'll see if I can drive in tomorrow and drop it all off on my way home at around 6ish.

Not sure the space needs rack mount shelves for network stuff,
maybe for the CNC people?

If there is no use I think I could use one at work.

Are they any switches left? If so what make/model?
