TIG welder?

Hi.

I want to TIG weld a couple of broken things (a stainless steel colander and a stainless steel trowel)

As the hackspace is closed, does anyone know where I might be able to access one ?

I'm in Kent if it's useful. Is there another local hackspace that has a TIG welder ?

Does it have to be welded? Could it possibly be repaired with rivets?
