I want to make a hybrid tri rotor aircraft where the thrusters rotate
WRT the central base hence allowing more efficient lateral propulsion
as well as more manuevarbility (e.g. full yaw motion) Basic concept

The thruster control is by PID processing onboard, which has been
simulated in Nastran and I achieved pretty decent results. That's the
first stage.
Next, I want to experiment with ROS on it with the aim to have it
orbit around an object (e.g. a person) and take videos while at the
same time mapping the surrounding environment and avoiding collisions.
Somewhat similar to drone journalism that was talked about before I
guess but that's just one of the uses for a platform.
